About Speco

This section describes the Speco modules, their access roles, and how they are organized.

Modules

Configuration

Central configuration for the OPAC management system and supporting organizations. Defines the company, country, currency, and geographic validation shapefile. Extends party addresses (required fields: street, postal code, country, state, and municipality) and filters the allowed units of measure.

Nodes

Manages nodes, which coordinate groups and the production of their associated farming families. Allows registering nodes, assigning coordinators and supporting organizations, and defining their location.

Groups

Organização dos grupos dentro de um núcleo, que reúnem famílias produtoras. Cada grupo pode ser grupo informal, associação, cooperativa (de produção ou de consumo), agroindústria ou OCS. Possui coordenação e reuniões com atas.

Families

Registers producer families associated with a group. Each family contains its members (primary holders and others), including membership history, family typology (family farming, agrarian reform settlement, Indigenous, Quilombola, etc.), and group transfer history.

Production

Registers Production Units (PUs) with address, geolocation, land areas (total, forest, organic, transition), production stage (organic, agroecological, or in transition), and associated families. Each Production Unit contains production scopes (plant/animal) and production records by product, including quantity and cultivated area.

Management Plan

Organic Management Plan (OMP) associated with a Production Unit. Tracks production scope (plant, animal, seedlings, or seeds), approval, rejection, corrections, and expiration. Each plan includes approval and submission dates, with validity calculated automatically.

Certification

Participatory certification associated with a confirmed group meeting. Each certification contains one entry per family, including the primary holder, other family members, Production Units, and approved Organic Management Plans. It records the issue date and validity period and generates a PDF certificate containing Production Unit information, production data (plant, animal, seedlings/seeds), and family members.

Suspension

Provides the suspension workflow used to manage record states: active, suspended, deleted, and inactive. It also manages suspension history and suspension types.

Notifications

Sends email notifications based on system events, such as document expiration and certification deadlines.

Statistics

Collects system statistics and exposes REST endpoints for dashboards and external applications.
